<div class="x_elementToProof"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">SES is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Human Resources Professional to lead and elevate our HR functions. In this role, you will act as a vital strategic partner to all Corporate Departments, aligning HR initiatives with the company’s overall business plan.</span></div>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Under the direction of the VP of Growth Operations, you will oversee the communication, administration, and management of core HR programs—including employment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee services—while driving a culture of high performance and growth.</div>

<div class="x_elementToProof">Strategic HR Leadership: Fully execute and lead key HR initiatives that support SES’s corporate vision; diagnose organizational challenges and implement effective action plans.</div>

<div class="x_elementToProof">Talent & Performance Management: Partner with leadership to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps. Develop and execute targeted programs to build a robust talent pipeline for future business success.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Employee Relations & Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership regarding company policies, values, compensation, and benefits, ensuring consistent policy interpretation.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Recruitment Partnership: Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to streamline hiring and onboarding processes.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor and ensure all company activities and policies are strictly compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.</div>
</li>
</ul>
<div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></div>

<div class="x_elementToProof">Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise across core HR pillars (employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and benefits).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent senior-level HR experience/certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Technical Skills: ADP Workforce Now experience is strictly required; practical experience working alongside or supporting Payroll functions.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business operations from both a high-level strategic perspective and a day-to-day tactical level.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Communication: Powerful and confident communication skills with a proven track record of effectively presenting to and influencing all levels of an organization.</div>
