About the role
Our esteemed client in the beauty sector is looking for a HR Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies that align with overall business growth objectives.
- Partner with department heads to proactively identify and address staffing needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles to ensure business continuity.
- Enhance employer branding and optimize sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring programs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and foster strong collaboration with hiring managers.
HR Generalist Functions
- Maintain and update HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), employee records, and the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate offboarding for departing employees.
- Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and managing disciplinary cases.
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting and development planning for employees.
- Coordinate payroll processes and administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Identify training needs and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and manage HR audits and statutory requirements.
