About the role

-人事業務全般の取りまとめや進捗管理をお任せします。 -判断が難しい事項については人事マネージャーと相談しながら進められる環境です。 -具体的には、以下の業務を想定しています。 -採用業務全体の進捗管理 - リクルーターの業務進捗確認・連携 - 採用状況の把握および課題整理 -労務管理に関する業務状況の確認 - 日常的な運用が適切に行われているかのチェック -各部門における人材関連トラブルのヒアリングおよび一次対応 - 状況整理、関係者との連携、必要に応じたエスカレーション -人事制度の設計・見直しに関する業務 - 関係部署・関係者との打ち合わせ You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the progress of overall HR operations.
