Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, benefits, and grievances.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop staffing plans to align with production needs, seasonal fluctuations, and workforce demands.
- Identify and address training needs for employee development, safety, and compliance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure the organization adheres to all employment laws and provides a safe working environment.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs.
- Analyze compensation trends in the manufacturing sector to ensure competitive packages.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Implement HR programs that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational success.
