Position: HR Intern
Job Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ( Mon - fri)
Location: G-5/2, Islamabad
Duration: 3 Months - Extendable (not leading to job)
Stipend: 40,000/- per month
Job Description:
-Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
-Screen resumes and schedule interviews, assist in preparing new hire documentation and contracts, maintain and update employee files in both digital and physical formats, participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, audit of employee files.
-Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data entry.
-Assist with creating and managing HR reports and spreadsheets.
-Support the team in handling employee queries.
-Any other task assigned by th Manager.
Requirements
Education & Skills:
-Bachelors in Human Resources or related field
-Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
-Personnel Management expertise
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan is a plus
Skillset required: Communication, Attention to details, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving
