<h2>The Opportunity</h2>
<p>We are looking for an <strong>Associate – Employee Experience</strong> who will take complete ownership of day-to-day HR operations and employee experience.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>high accountability, high ownership role</strong> where you will directly impact how employees experience the company—from onboarding to exit. You will work closely with teams, managers, and leadership to ensure smooth HR processes and a strong, positive work culture.</p>

<li>Ensure a smooth and professional employee lifecycle experience</li>
<li>Build strong employee connections and act as a trusted HR partner</li>
<li>Drive engagement initiatives that improve morale and retention</li>
<li>Maintain accurate HR systems and ensure compliance</li>
<li>Bring new ideas to improve HR processes in a fast-moving startup</li>

<h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Employee Onboarding & Exit</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires (documentation, induction, system setup)</li>
<li>Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth joining experience</li>
<li>Handle exit processes including documentation, full & final settlement, and exit interviews</li>
</ul>
<h3>Employee Relations & Engagement</h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns</li>
<li>Drive employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations</li>
<li>Build a positive and open work culture through regular interactions</li>
</ul>
<h3>HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee data in HRMS systems</li>
<li>Manage lifecycle processes such as confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates</li>
</ul>
<h3>Insurance & Benefits Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle employee insurance processes and vendor coordination</li>
<li>Support employees with insurance-related queries and claims</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compliance & Documentation</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all HR processes follow company policies and legal compliance</li>
<li>Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation</li>
</ul>

<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>MBA / PG in Human Resource Management (mandatory)</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management and HRMS</li>
<li>Basic understanding of payroll coordination and compliance</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality</li>
