Our culture is rooted in trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.</p> <hr> <h2>The Opportunity</h2> <p>We are looking for an&nbsp;<strong>Associate – Employee Experience</strong>&nbsp;who will take complete ownership of day-to-day HR operations and employee experience.</p> <p>This is a&nbsp;<strong>high accountability, high ownership role</strong>&nbsp;where you will directly impact how employees experience the company—from onboarding to exit. You will work closely with teams, managers, and leadership to ensure smooth HR processes and a strong, positive work culture.</p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Achieve in This Role</h2> <ul> <li>Ensure a smooth and professional employee lifecycle experience</li> <li>Build strong employee connections and act as a trusted HR partner</li> <li>Drive engagement initiatives that improve morale and retention</li> <li>Maintain accurate HR systems and ensure compliance</li> <li>Bring new ideas to improve HR processes in a fast-moving startup</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Employee Onboarding &amp; Exit</h3> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires (documentation, induction, system setup)</li> <li>Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth joining experience</li> <li>Handle exit processes including documentation, full &amp; final settlement, and exit interviews</li> </ul> <h3>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement</h3> <ul> <li>Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns</li> <li>Drive employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations</li> <li>Build a positive and open work culture through regular interactions</li> </ul> <h3>HR Operations &amp; Employee Lifecycle</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain and update employee data in HRMS systems</li> <li>Manage lifecycle processes such as confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits</li> <li>Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates</li> </ul> <h3>Insurance &amp; Benefits Management</h3> <ul> <li>Handle employee insurance processes and vendor coordination</li> <li>Support employees with insurance-related queries and claims</li> </ul> <h3>Compliance &amp; Documentation</h3> <ul> <li>Ensure all HR processes follow company policies and legal compliance</li> <li>Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>MBA / PG in Human Resource Management (mandatory)</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management and HRMS</li> <li>Basic understanding of payroll coordination and compliance</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Must-Have Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Strong communication (written and verbal)</li> <li>Friendly, approachable, and people-focused mindset</li> <li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality</li> <li>Good understanding of workplace culture and employee behavior</li> <li>Comfortable working with HR tools and systems</li> <li>Ability to take ownership and work independently</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What Separates the Best from the Rest</h2> <ul> <li>Proactive mindset – you don’t wait, you act</li> <li>Ability to suggest and implement new ideas for engagement and retention</li> <li>Strong problem-solving approach in handling employee concerns</li> <li>High ownership and accountability in a fast-paced startup environment</li> <li>Ability to understand challenges early and act on them</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Why This Role is a Unique Opportunity at Neysa</h2> <ul> <li>High visibility and direct impact on employee experience</li> <li>Freedom to experiment and implement new HR ideas</li> <li>Work closely with leadership and influence people decisions</li> <li>Opportunity to grow fast with a scaling startup</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Team Culture and Inclusion</h2> <ul> <li>Open, transparent, and collaborative work culture</li> <li>Strong focus on employee well-being and engagement</li> <li>A place where your ideas and ownership truly matter</li> </ul>
