<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Lead and develop the HR Shared Services team, </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">ensuring consistent delivery of core HR processes (contracting, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Design, build and implement HR Shared Services Ways of Working and frameworks, </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">including process ownership, documentation, hand-offs and escalation paths.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Drive automation and digitalisation across HR Shared Services, </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">working with HR Systems Specialist to streamline workflows, reduce manual touchpoints and improve accuracy (e.g., auto-contract generation, workflow triggers, document issuing, notifications).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Apply AI and innovative tools </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">to reduce repetitive administrative workload and increase service efficiency where appropriate.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Standardise and simplify HR administrative processes, </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">removing unnecessary steps and ensuring the same quality of delivery in every location.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Define clear request channels and intake Ways of working </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">so HR Shared Services operates as a structured, predictable service rather than reactive or ad hoc.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Create and maintain HR Process </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">Ways of Working (handbooks, templates, checklists) to ensure consistency across all lifecycle activities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with HR Managers </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">globally to ensure alignment on compliance requirements and process execution.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Work closely with Payroll </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">to ensure accurate and timely transfer of data.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Act as operational escalation point </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">for HR delivery issues and proactively resolve structural gaps.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Continuously improve service quality, </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">using data insights, root-cause analysis and feedback loops to drive maturity and scale.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What we are looking for: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":240}"> </span></h2>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">5–6 years’ experience within an </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">HR Shared Services or HRIS-focused role</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":200}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">At least 2 years’ experience leading a team within HR Operations or HR Shared Services.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":200}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":200}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong background in </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">designing and implementing HR processes</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">, frameworks and ways of working, including documentation, hand-offs and escalation paths.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":200}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated experience managing and delivering exceptional HR services at scale across </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">global, high-volume operations.</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":200}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience with </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">HRIS systems </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">is a must, ideally using </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">SAGE People.</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":200}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Strong analytical skills and proficiency in </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Excel.</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":200}"> </span></li>
