About the role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for both front-office and back-office positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Prepare and extend job offers and support the hiring process through successful onboarding.
HR Administration
- Prepare and administer employment contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documentation.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation.
- Administer employee leave, attendance, and absence records.
- Collect and provide attendance, leave, and other payroll-related inputs to the payroll function.
- Support benefits administration and employee documentation requests.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other employment-related documents.
- Participate in the development and improvement of HR processes, policies, and documentation.
- Coordinate the performance management cycle for back-office employees.
- Maintain performance management documentation and records.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment effectiveness, vacancies, absenteeism, probation completion, and employee movement.
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure data integrity across HR records and systems.
- Provide HR insights and reports to support decision-making and workforce planning.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle independently.
- Knowledge of Armenian labor legislation and HR documentation practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with HR data and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be considered an advantage.
