About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assign tasks, track team performance, and provide coaching and development opportunities;
- Develop and implement recruitment and HR policies and procedures;
- Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution;
- Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency;
- Advise senior management on team-related matters;
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and deadlines;
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a seamless hiring experience;
- Report on weekly/monthly team progress and results.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience;
- Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English (advanced spoken English is a must);
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
