While you may know us through our flagship title, <strong>PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS</strong>, our portfolio covers a diverse range games; from indie to AAA – made by studios all around the world.</p> <p>Amsterdam is the home of KRAFTON Europe, where we cover publishing &amp; marketing for the EMEA region, as well as manage our Esports and other activities. We are also currently building a new PUBG game, with a large team of developers based here in-house.</p> <p>We are looking for a forward-thinking student to join our <strong>EMEA HR Team</strong> as an <strong>HR Systems / Ai Transformation Intern</strong>. Reporting to our HR Lead, you won’t just be shadowing the team; you will be the project owner of a strategic initiative to transform our HR operations through Artificial Intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between human resources and innovative technology in an international business environment.</p> <p><strong>Basic Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead AI Transformation:</strong> Act as the primary project owner for identifying and implementing AI solutions within the HR department.</li> <li><strong>Process Mapping:</strong> Analyze current HR workflows to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation.</li> <li><strong>Prototype Development:</strong> Design and test AI-driven tools to improve service delivery and employee experience.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with the broader team to gather requirements and validate your solutions through user feedback.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Reporting:</strong> Document your findings and present a final recommendation package for scaling AI across EMEA HR.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Current Student:</strong> You are currently enrolled in an HBO or WO degree program (e.g., Business, HR, Data Science, or Digital Transformation).</li> <li><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> You possess strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to complex tasks.</li> <li><strong>Tech-Curious:</strong> You have a genuine, demonstrable interest in AI, automation, and digital innovation.</li> <li><strong>Proactive Communicator:</strong> You are comfortable working independently and can present technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>“Nice to Have” Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>HR Fundamentals:</strong> A basic understanding of HR processes or organizational structures.</li> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Previous experience or coursework related to project planning and execution.</li> <li><strong>International Mindset:</strong> Comfort working in a diverse, English-speaking professional environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The opportunity to work and contribute to meaningful projects in a fast-paced, international business.</li> <li>An internship allowance of 500 EUR gross per month</li> <li>Full coverage of commuting costs if you do not have a weekday Student OV Card</li> <li>Lunch with a value of up to 18 EUR (you pay 4.05 EUR tax) per day.</li> </ul> <p><strong>More about our Amsterdam office…</strong> Our office is situated in Amsterdam Zuid, a buzzing business hub.
