<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>The HR Systems Associate is a global role that will work with HR Systems team to provide functional support to our HR systems (workday). <br>The ideal candidate will support business-as-usual (BAU) operations by managing and resolving Workday tickets, conducting testing for new features, and assisting with system implementations and enhancements.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide day-to-day support by handling Workday-related BAU tickets and ensuring timely resolution.</li>
<li>Perform functional testing of Workday updates, new features, and system enhancements.</li>
<li>Document test cases, test results, and support procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in the configuration and implementation of new modules or changes in existing Workday processes.</li>
<li>Must understand the importance of proper documentation and tracking of work.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot Workday configuration issues, find root cause and resolve timely.</li>
<li>Monitor integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, other internal systems, and third-party systems, identify issues and work with Integrations team to resolve.</li>
<li>Develop process mapping documentation, user procedures, guidelines, and training documentation.</li>
<li>Review, test and communicate to stakeholders any impact of Workday semi-annual release.</li>
<li>Monitor Workday Community and maintain knowledge of Workday functionality and any updates.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, information Technology required.</li>
<li>1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.</li>
<li>Experience in Core HCM</li>
<li>Knowledge of Workday design, structure, functions, and business processes.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Highly professional with high ethical standards for handling confidential information.</li>
