What you will do to drive the energy transition:

Support recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations processes

Assist with employee lifecycle topics such as contracts, data management, or payroll coordination

Help ensure HR processes are transparent, compliant, and people-centric

Collaborate with managers, employees, and external partners

Contribute to initiatives around inclusion, development, and culture
What you will need on that journey:
You do not need to meet all requirements — candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.

A background or strong interest in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar

First experience in HR-related topics (academic, professional, or voluntary)

Empathy, discretion, and strong communication skills
