• Provided support to employees and addressed workplace concerns, offering alternatives and assistance to help minimize the impact on job performance and productivity.

• Worked closely with other departments to keep turnover and absenteeism among the lowest in the region.

• Supported pre-payroll activities, employee transportation, cafeteria services, and ensured compliance with administrative guidelines for the proper management and safeguarding of employee records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Psychology.

• 4+ years of experience in a related position.

• Solid knowledge of HR processes.

• Experience managing or supporting a headcount of 1,500+ employees.
