In this role you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You will need to deliver strong HR practices, enhance employee engagement, drive talent development, and ensure effective execution of HR strategies across the business.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR strategies with business goals
Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
Lead performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals
Identify talent gaps and drive development initiatives including leadership programs and career frameworks
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance
Drive onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Lead employee engagement, retention, and change management initiatives
Support compensation cycles including increments, promotions, and benchmarking
Collaborate with HR CoEs (Recruitment, L&D, Rewards) to deliver business impact
Drive employee engagement initiatives such as one-on-ones, focus groups, and career discussions
Partner with leadership for continuous improvement and business-driven HR solutions
Develop and execute annual HR calendars and plans
If you have/are:
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of HR and Talent Management practices
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
Experience working with HRIS systems, HR analytics, and Excel
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (mandatory)
12–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management
Experience in stakeholder management and influencing leadership
Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
