About the role

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creation and optimisation of customer nurture journeys from lead capture through to application across B2C and B2B campaigns
  • Maintenance of HubSpot marketing templates (forms, emails, landing pages) ensuring compliance with best practice and data protection
  • Creation and optimisation of automated workflows to improve platform efficiency
  • Creation, maintenance and optimisation of HubSpot reports and dashboards to help stakeholders track KPIs
  • Share responsibility for creating and maintaining thorough training documentation to expand our HubSpot Knowledge Hub and support stakeholders in their use of the platform
  • Support stakeholders with A/B testing and optimisation across emails and landing pages
  • Support the HubSpot Team in planning and executing key projects and team objectives
  • Serve as another point of contact and knowledge for the HubSpot platform
  • Work within HubSpot to ensure data hygiene and GDPR compliance through data management and audience segmentation.
  • Actively seeking ways to improve and expand HubSpot usage
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders
  • Perform any other duties commensurate with the role as reasonably required from time to time

Person Specifications

  • Eligibility to live and work in UK
  • Undergo an Enhanced DBS disclosure check or overseas equivalent.
  • Undergraduate degree (Desirable)
  • HubSpot Certification (Desirable)
  • Significant experience in marketing automation/CRM
  • HubSpot experience, specifically with building workflows
  • Experience with Operations Hub and data cleaning
  • Experience of email marketing including A/B testing and audience segmentation
  • Experience with HubSpot landing pages
  • Experience of working with Microsoft 365 including; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact ·    Understanding of GDPR and data hygiene
  • HTML coding (Desirable)
  • JavaScript knowledge (Desirable)
  • PowerBI experience (Desirable)
  • Advanced Excel user (Desirable)
  • API/Integration experience (Desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a range of competing demands
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse data, provide reports and to propose corrective action
  • Adopts a collaborative approach to working
  • Flexible and responds positively to new challenges, always seeking solutions
  • Committed to producing a high standard of work
