LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. </p></div><p>We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Chandler, Arizona, where you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change management. You will work as part of a Global HR team to lead initiatives that enhance employee retention, support talent development, and ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<p><strong>Strategic Partnership:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to identify and address workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning needs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Organizational Development: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.</li>
<li>Facilitate change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Employee Relations:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.</li>
<li>Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective communication, leadership, and employee engagement strategies.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Performance Management:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the implementation and execution of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.</li>
<li>Provide training and resources to managers to ensure consistent and fair performance management practices.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>HR Compliance:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to mitigate risks and ensure organizational compliance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>HR Programs and Initiatives:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.</li>
<li>Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills Required:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.</li>
<li>Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee issues.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.</li>
<li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li>
<li>Proficiency in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of workforce planning and talent management strategies.</li>
<li>Experience in change management and organizational development.</li>
<li>Occasional travel within the US will be required of approx. 10-20%.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Education / Licenses / Certifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a similar field, is required.</li>
<li>SHRM is preferred, but not required.</li>
<li>Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.</li>
</ul>
