About the role

The Role  The Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role on Green Thumb’s People Team where our focus is all about our clients, our very own Green Thumb employees. This is a hands-on role that will primarily support the HR Business Partners in the interpretation, implementation and execution of the People team initiatives, programs, and policies in the day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with regulations, drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment. You’ll take a key role in supporting our employee population in the different stages of the employee life cycle (onboarding, offboarding, performance management, promotions/transfers) and ensure that their experience is reflective of our Green Thumb values and behaviors. Under the guidance of the Regional HR Business Partner, this role will provide a mix of remote and on-site HR support and guidance for Illinois retail dispensaries while working <span data-ccp-charstyle="accent" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"18ed7629-af7c-5dd4-9bae-a5fb05f5c190|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"Arial",469777843,"Calibri",469777844,"Calibri",201341986,"1",469769226,"Calibri,Arial",268442635,"22",469775450,"accent",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"accent",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">closely with our teams and leaders to coach, challenge, collaborate and support them as our business continues to evolve and scale.   Our ideal candidate possesses a working knowledge of traditional human resources functions including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and talent management.
