THE POSITION: Senior Human Resource Executive


Seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking Senior Human Resource Executive to join our regional HR Team. This is not a traditional HR role; it is a hybrid positioning designed for an HR professional with a strong technical mindset and a passion for automation. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, remaining agile, proactive, and resourceful, while maintaining a high level of professionalism under pressure.


Reporting to the Human Resources Lead, you will act as both a strategic HR Business Partner to our country teams and a core architect for our group-wide HR technology ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in integrating advanced AI tools into our workflows, connecting cross-functional AI stakeholders, and scaling our HR operations through cutting-edge automation.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • HR Business Partnering: Own end-to-end HR operational matters for Thailand (including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and C&B administration) and provide secondary support for up to two other regional countries. 
  • AI Integration & Automation Architecture: Map, design, and optimize HR workflows by leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) and automation platforms (e.g., n8n) to eliminate friction and build next-generation HR functions.
  • Cross-Functional Ecosystem Connector: Act as the central node linking the HR team with department-level AI stakeholders across the company to align HR systems with the broader company-wide tech architecture.
  • Data & HRIS Governance: Oversee the regional HRIS ecosystem, ensuring rigorous data compliance, confidentiality, and data hygiene, while structuring data to be "AI-ready" for advanced reporting and predictive analytics.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 3-4 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of managing core HR functions (Talent Acquisition, C&B, Performance Management, or HRIS)
  • Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) and Large Language Models/AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) for workplace productivity.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS architecture and database management (experience with BambooHR is highly advantageous).
  • Proven ability to look at HR processes not just as manual tasks, but as scalable systems that can be optimized through technology and data engineering.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver, collaborative, resilient under pressure, and aggressively curious about emerging HR Tech trends.
  • Eager to learn and remain knowledgeable on changes and developments in human resources
  • Good English communication skills.
