This role will support the new hire onboarding process from start to finish, including entering new hires into ADP, running background checks, processing I-9s, maintaining employee files, and assisting with day-to-day HR administrative needs.</span></p> <p data-start="671" data-end="965"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable following up with new hires and internal team members to ensure onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.</span></p> <ul data-start="987" data-end="1767"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="987" data-end="1075"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1076" data-end="1135"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Enter new hire information into ADP and other HR systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1136" data-end="1172"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Run and monitor background checks.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1173" data-end="1252"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Process I-9 documentation and ensure compliance with employment requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1253" data-end="1301"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain electronic employee files.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1302" data-end="1416"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a point of contact for new hires regarding onboarding steps, system access, and required documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1417" data-end="1541"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Follow up with new hires, managers, and internal team members to ensure onboarding tasks are completed before start dates.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1542" data-end="1640"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate records and ensure confidential employee information is handled appropriately.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1641" data-end="1697"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide general administrative support to the HR team.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1698" data-end="1767"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with HR-related projects and process improvements as needed.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Qualifications</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1797" data-end="1890"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">1+ year of relevant administrative, HR, onboarding, or office support experience preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1891" data-end="1947"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1948" data-end="2003"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2004" data-end="2061"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2062" data-end="2114"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable working with confidential information.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2115" data-end="2164"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2165" data-end="2222"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2223" data-end="2348"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to take initiative while knowing when to pause, think through next steps, and loop in the appropriate team members.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2349" data-end="2418"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Dependable, flexible, collaborative, and customer-service oriented.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Disclaimer&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
