About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Mediate disputes and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure company policies comply with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and practices.
  • Assist in payroll administration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 - 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
