About the role
Argos Multilingual is excited to announce an opening for a motivated HR Generalist.
This role is designed to support our global HR function by delivering top-notch HR support remotely with substantial flexibility. The HR Generalist will manage various HR activities across the recruitment cycle, employee inductions, engagement initiatives, HR systems and reward & recognition programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, labor law, performance, training, and employee engagement across both local employees and global contractors.
- Manage the full employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
- Support in delivering initiatives related to employee engagement, talent management, reward & recognition, talent acquisition and other global HR programs.
- Conduct disciplinary meetings and formal investigations in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Support managers with HR guidance in areas including policy, training & development, performance, competency development and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Maintain complete and compliant HR documentation and databases, ensuring accuracy of personal files, payroll data, training records, and leave management in line with GDPR and legal requirements.
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, tax saver schemes, pension plans, etc.
- Maintain HR filing systems and data management, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating induction events and conducting exit interviews.
- Prepare HR reports and generate data using internal systems and metrics.
- Assist in recruitment process by sourcing, identifying, interviewing candidates and performing reference checks.
- Manage HR files and coordinate with IT regarding system access for new starters and leavers.
- Administer the company’s wellbeing initiatives and ensure monitoring of probation, contract, and appraisal periods.
- Assist with the implementation of global HR systems and support various administrative processes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed.
Qualifications
Education, skills, and experience
- HR-related qualification or relevant degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist or in a relevant position.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Polish labor law.
- Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative.
