About the role
<p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Harbor</strong> is seeking a proactive and detail-orientated <strong>Human Resources (Talent) Operations Coordinator</strong> (International) to join our team on a fixed term basis to provide maternity cover. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys supporting Talent Operations across multiple regions. You will play a key role in ensuring Talent processes run smoothly, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and a consistent employee experience. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will work closely with Talent, IT and Finance teams globally, gaining exposure to international processes and supporting the delivery of Talent services across the UK, Philippines, North America and other international regions. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"335559738":299,"335559739":299}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">This role is offered on a fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover for a defined period. The contract will </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">commence</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2"> and conclude on agreed dates, in line with business requirements and applicable Philippine employment legislation. Should the period of maternity leave be extended, there may be the opportunity to the extend the contract subject to business needs and mutual agreement between both parties. The successful candidate will receive all statutory benefits and protections applicable under local </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">labor</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2"> laws.</span></span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate onboarding activities including contracts, documentation, system setup, orientation sessions and survey feedback</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure all employee data is accurately recorded and maintained in HR systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage background checks and pre-employment screening processes</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate offboarding activities including documentation and system access removal</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Deliver a positive and consistent onboarding experience for new hires</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate the assignment of buddies to all new hires as part of the new hire buddy programme </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
