<li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">In-Country Expertise - Turkey: Act as the primary SME for Turkish labor laws, employment regulations, payroll practices, with working knowledge of other MEA countries.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Immigration & Mobility Support: Support work permits, visa processes, mobility cases, and immigration documentation across the MEA region.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner & Vendor Management: Coordinate with payroll providers, legal advisors, immigration vendors, and external partners across multiple countries.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Performance & Compensation Support: Support PIPs, promotions, salary changes, and compensation-related processes across the region.</span></li>

For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:<br></span></p>
