About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home comfort assessments and system evaluations
- Present HVAC system options, pricing, and financing in a clear, customer-friendly way
- Design system recommendations based on home size, layout, insulation, and efficiency goals
- Educate customers on energy savings, rebates, warranties, and maintenance plans
- Prepare proposals, close sales, and coordinate with installation teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction thorught the install process
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, estimates, and sales documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in HVAC sales, comfort advising, or in-home consultative sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to perform load calculations and read basic system layouts
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
