HVAC Install Lead

If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, apply now!</p> <p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve existing accounts by analyzing and performing work orders; gather components, parts, and tools to complete installation.</li> <li>Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.</li> <li>Install ducts and insulation.</li> <li>Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment</li> <li>Pre-measure jobs to identify proper materials required for installation.</li> <li>Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.</li> <li>Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.</li> <li>Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records.</li> <li>Maintain rapport with customers and communicate details of work being performed.</li> <li>Educate customers on the use of new system(s)</li> <li>Complete all tasks per the company’s quality and safety standards.</li> <li>Meet quality metrics and maintain an advanced installation skill set in duct work, advanced installations, and client satisfaction.</li> <li>Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.</li> <li>Required to train Install Apprentices through the HVAC installation process.</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li> <li>Basic mechanical ability.</li> <li>Ability to install residential package units split systems; knowledge of ductless systems is a bonus.</li> <li>1+ year installation field experience.</li> <li>Responsible for providing and maintaining all personal work tools required by management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for all company-provided materials, parts, supplies, tools, and equipment.</li> <li>Ability to understand and learn proper installation procedures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to follow directions from Management staff.</li> <li>Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image.</li> <li>Completion of HVAC training preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>EPA Universal Certification.</li> <li>Nate Certification a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay and great work environment</li> <li>Health Coverage: Comprehensive&nbsp;benefits - Medical, Dental, Life, Vision insurance&nbsp;</li> <li>401(k) retirement plan with partial company match&nbsp;</li> <li>Paid vacation and holidays</li> <li>Company-provided iPhone and iPad</li> <li>Fully equipped company truck with parts, equipment, and gas card (For Qualified Positions)&nbsp;</li> <li>Training &amp; Development: Continuous education and advancement opportunities</li> <li>Company Culture: Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment</li> <li>Professional uniforms</li> </ul> <p><strong>WORK CONDITIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
