You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.&nbsp;</li> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Minimum of 4 years of experience </strong>as an HVAC service technician, with a focus on multi-family residential properties.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to detail.&nbsp;</li> <li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.&nbsp;</li> <li>EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hourly pay: $23/h to $32/h</li> <li>Health insurance coverage&nbsp;</li> <li>Paid time off and holidays&nbsp;</li> <li>Company Vehicle / Fuel Card &nbsp;</li> <li>Tool Program &nbsp;</li> <li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Join our team at Josko LLC and become a part of our mission to deliver exceptional HVAC solutions to multi-family residential properties.&nbsp;</p>
