With their People-First approach, they aim to foster an environment in which the best talent and field technicians call home.</p> <p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <p>Small Projects Foreman must have 5+ years of experience and working knowledge of installation, operation, and layout of dynamic mechanical systems, including boilers, chillers, rooftop units, ductless splits, VRF systems, cooling towers, process piping, split systems, and small refrigeration systems, in both commercial and industrial settings. Excellent communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple simultaneous project obligations are essential characteristics. This individual must be able to work solo, as a team member, and as a team leader directing supporting technicians.
