LABORER

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working HVAC Laborer to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will assist our experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

No prior HVAC experience is required! We will provide on-the-job training for the right person who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from company trucks.

• Assist technicians with installing ductwork, furnaces, AC units, and piping.

• Clean up job sites by removing debris, old equipment, and sweeping work areas.

• Run errands for parts and materials as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines on the job site.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces (like attics and crawlspaces).

• Strong willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.

• Punctual, dependable, and a positive attitude.
