<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and recommending upgrades on HVAC systems in residential properties. You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and ensure all systems operate efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="821" data-end="907"><strong data-start="821" data-end="859">Diagnose and troubleshoot problems</strong> with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.</li>
<li data-start="910" data-end="995"><strong data-start="910" data-end="946">Perform routine HVAC maintenance</strong> to prevent future issues and improve efficiency.</li>
<li data-start="998" data-end="1064"><strong data-start="998" data-end="1025">Make light HVAC repairs</strong> when needed or recommend replacements.</li>
<li data-start="1067" data-end="1177"><strong data-start="1067" data-end="1106">Communicate clearly with homeowners</strong>, explaining any issues and next steps in a professional, friendly way.</li>
<li data-start="1180" data-end="1233"><strong data-start="1180" data-end="1211">Follow all safety protocols</strong> including local and state HVAC codes.</li>
<li data-start="1236" data-end="1291"><strong data-start="1236" data-end="1269">Keep detailed notes</strong> on recommendations, service visit details, and parts usage logs.</li>

<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Education:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Experience:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Licenses:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>

<p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
