<h3><strong>Position Overview</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our HVAC service and project portfolio. In this role, you will focus on cultivating new client relationships, understanding customer challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that improve system efficiency and performance.</p>
<hr>
<h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Drive Business Development</strong><br>Identify and pursue new opportunities through prospecting efforts such as cold outreach, networking events, referrals, and strategic engagement. Consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.</p>
<p><strong>Assess Client Needs & Provide Solutions</strong><br>Meet with clients on-site to evaluate HVAC systems, uncover operational challenges, and understand budget expectations. Recommend solutions that balance technical requirements with business objectives.</p>
<p><strong>Prepare & Present Proposals</strong><br>Develop comprehensive proposals outlining scope of work, pricing, and timelines. Effectively communicate recommendations, address objections, and demonstrate value.</p>
<p><strong>Collaborate Internally</strong><br>Partner with estimators, field teams, and project managers to ensure accurate scoping and seamless execution of projects.</p>
<p><strong>Strengthen Client Relationships</strong><br>Serve as a trusted resource for customers, fostering long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business and referrals.</p>
<p><strong>Achieve Sales Targets</strong><br>Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals through strategic planning and proactive outreach.</p>
<p><strong>Stay Informed on Industry Trends</strong><br>Keep current with HVAC technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.</p>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HVAC sales or technical sales environment</li>
<li>Solid understanding of HVAC equipment, systems, and service offerings</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities</li>
<li>Results-driven with a proactive mindset</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment</li>
</ul>
