This full-time position involves maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. <ul> <li>Clean coils, replace belts and filters, check refrigerant levels, lubricate motors, replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, etc.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.</li> <li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.</li> <li>Conduct basic troubleshooting to note issues before they become major.</li> <li>Report findings to service teams or the customer.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Bring&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.</li> <li>1+ year of experience</li> <li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.</li> <li>EPA 608 certification (required).</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.</li> <li>Strong communication and customer service abilities.</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>NATE certification</li> <li>RMGA certification</li> <li>Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment.</li> <li>Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Get</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.</li> <li>401(k) retirement plan with company match.</li> <li>Paid time off, including holidays.</li> <li>Opportunities for professional training and certification.</li> </ul>
