This role is essential to supporting our growing customer base, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving customer retention through exceptional performance. You’ll be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of commercial refrigeration systems while providing excellent communication and customer service.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Survoys Offers You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Top Pay: $30–$45 per hour</li> <li>Home Dispatch: Start your day from home</li> <li>Comprehensive Health Benefits: Fully paid and effective Day 1 — no waiting period!</li> <li>401(k) Plan: With company match</li> <li>Annual Perks: $200 boot allowance and company-provided uniforms</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independently perform service calls, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems up to 20 tons, including: <ul> <li>Walk-in coolers and reach-in freezers</li> <li>Ice machines and production chillers</li> <li>Single and three-phase units</li> <li>Glycol chillers</li> </ul> </li> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently, maintaining a first-time fix rate of 75% or higher.</li> <li>Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation using digital tools.</li> <li>Respond to on-call demands as needed and provide timely, professional communication with customers and team members.</li> <li>Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>EPA Certification</li> <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li> <li>5+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration service</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and move heavy objects</li> <li>Comfortable in tight spaces and extreme temperatures. Endurance to stand or kneel while on equipment</li> <li>Confident on ladders and at heights up to 45 feet (sometimes higher)</li> <li>Steady hands for electrical work and precise measurements</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
