<p><strong>Kelso Building Services</strong> is hiring a results-driven <strong>outside sales professional</strong> with HVAC experience to grow our commercial service and project business. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in <strong>prospecting-heavy environments</strong> and can confidently sell technical solutions to facility and operations leaders.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>field-based, hunter role</strong>—success comes from proactive outreach, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to close.</p>

<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Prospect and win new business</strong> through cold calling, in-person visits, referrals, and networking</li>
<li>Conduct <strong>on-site assessments</strong> and recommend HVAC service and system solutions</li>
<li>Build and manage a <strong>qualified pipeline</strong> with consistent follow-up</li>
<li>Develop and present <strong>professional proposals, bids, and contracts</strong></li>
<li>Partner with <strong>operations and estimating teams</strong> to ensure accurate scope and execution</li>
<li>Maintain strong client relationships to drive <strong>repeat business and referrals</strong></li>
<li>Consistently meet or exceed <strong>monthly and quarterly revenue targets</strong></li>
</ul>

<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>2+ years of HVAC or mechanical sales experience (required)</strong></li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>commercial HVAC systems and services</strong></li>
<li>Proven track record of <strong>prospecting and closing new business</strong></li>
<li>Comfortable with <strong>cold outreach and face-to-face selling</strong></li>
<li>Skilled in <strong>consultative selling, negotiation, and objection handling</strong></li>
<li>Experience using a <strong>CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)</strong></li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally</li>
</ul>
