We foster a culture built on integrity, forward-thinking solutions, and exceptional customer service—providing a strong foundation for long-term career growth.</p> <p>This is a field-based sales position focused on developing new business through proactive outreach efforts such as cold prospecting, in-person visits, networking, referrals, and targeted account development.</p> <hr> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Business Development</h3> <ul> <li>Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, industry networking, referrals, and strategic targeting.</li> <li>Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion of leads into customers.</li> </ul> <h3>Client Consultation</h3> <ul> <li>Perform on-site evaluations to assess customer needs, facility conditions, and budget considerations.</li> <li>Recommend HVAC solutions and service offerings that align with both technical requirements and business objectives.</li> </ul> <h3>Proposal Development</h3> <ul> <li>Prepare detailed quotes, scopes of work, and agreements outlining pricing, deliverables, and timelines.</li> <li>Present proposals confidently, addressing objections while demonstrating overall value.</li> </ul> <h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3> <ul> <li>Work closely with internal teams—including service technicians, estimators, and project managers—to ensure accuracy in scoping and execution.</li> <li>Share customer insights to enhance service quality and continuous improvement efforts.</li> </ul> <h3>Relationship Management</h3> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.</li> <li>Cultivate long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and referrals.</li> </ul> <h3>Sales Performance</h3> <ul> <li>Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets through disciplined planning and execution.</li> <li>Track and manage individual performance metrics to drive results.</li> </ul> <h3>Industry Awareness</h3> <ul> <li>Stay current on HVAC technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings.</li> <li>Continuously refine product knowledge and sales approach to remain effective and relevant.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a comparable technical sales environment.</li> <li>Solid understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and service solutions.</li> <li>Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close business.</li> <li>Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong customer focus.</li> <li>Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with Microsoft Office tools.</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while maintaining strong internal collaboration.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Competitive base pay plus commission and performance-based incentives</li> <li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</li> <li>Paid time off and company holidays</li> <li>Ongoing training and professional development programs</li> </ul> </div>
