<p><span data-contrast="auto">Meiers Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert preventative maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems in mostly residential and some commercial settings. You will use advanced diagnostic tools to ensure optimal system performance and deliver exceptional service to our clients.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Service and repair HVAC systems:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Analyze system issues and identify appropriate repair courses of action; prepare written work cost estimates and customer recommendations. Maintain truck inventory. Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Troubleshoot and resolve issues:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Complete diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC Systems, checking the layout of existing HVAC devices and units to plan work procedures properly.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct maintenance and repair:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Complete repairs and offer recommendations for ongoing maintenance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Customer interaction:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Safety and compliance:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Follow all safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Documentation:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Education: High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
