About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot components such as compressors, thermostats, motors, fans, filters and ductwork
- Install new HVAC systems and components as needed
- Provide accurte assessments and recommend necessary repairs or replacement options
- Educate customers on system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices
- Complete all required documentation, service tickets, and reports accurately
- Maintain tools, company vehicle, and equipment in proper working condition
- Follow safety procedures and comply with all company, local, and state codes
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Benefits
- $65K-$150K (hourly, plus commission)

Requirements
- High School Diploma or technical training preferred
- EPA Certification
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC Service, maintenance or installation preferred
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoor spaces)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
