<h3><strong>Role Summary</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to help grow our commercial HVAC project business. This position focuses on delivering a full range of HVAC solutions, including design-build installations, system retrofits, equipment replacements, and energy efficiency improvements.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll partner with clients to evaluate their goals and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that improve performance, comfort, and long-term operational value.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, contractors, and key stakeholders</li>
<li>Identify and pursue new opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, and new installations</li>
<li>Create and present detailed proposals outlining scope of work, pricing, and project timelines</li>
<li>Work closely with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery</li>
<li>Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and advancements in HVAC technology</li>
<li>Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets while contributing to overall company objectives</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven success in HVAC sales, project-based sales, or a related technical sales field</li>
<li>Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and applications</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines effectively</li>
<li>Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus</li>
