<h3><strong>Position Overview</strong></h3>
<p>We are currently seeking a results-driven HVAC sales professional to help expand our commercial project portfolio. This role centers on developing new business and delivering comprehensive HVAC solutions, including design-build projects, retrofit work, system upgrades, and energy-efficient improvements.</p>
<p>You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored recommendations that enhance system reliability, performance, and long-term efficiency.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, contractors, and decision-makers</li>
<li>Identify and pursue opportunities for system enhancements, replacements, and new installations</li>
<li>Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining scope, cost, and project schedules</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating, engineering, and operations, to ensure accurate planning and execution</li>
<li>Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies, industry trends, and energy efficiency standards</li>
<li>Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall company growth</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or a similar technical sales environment</li>
<li>Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, applications, and equipment</li>
<li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively</li>
<li>Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred</li>
