<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>This is an outside, field-based sales position focused on developing new business and strengthening relationships within the commercial (B2B) market.</p>
<p>We’re seeking a motivated sales professional to contribute to the continued growth of our commercial HVAC division. In this role, you’ll offer a full range of HVAC solutions including design-build services, system replacements, retrofits, and energy-efficiency improvements. You will collaborate with clients to understand their operational goals and deliver solutions that improve performance, reliability, and long-term value.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and industry partners</li>
<li>Identify new opportunities for equipment upgrades, replacements, and new system installations</li>
<li>Prepare and present detailed proposals that clearly define project scope, pricing, and timelines</li>
<li>Partner with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery</li>
<li>Stay up to date on industry trends, energy regulations, and emerging HVAC technologies</li>
<li>Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while supporting overall business growth</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in HVAC sales, project-based sales, or a related technical sales role</li>
<li>Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, applications, and equipment</li>
<li>Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred</li>
