<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for an IAM Analyst to design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions across hybrid ICT and cloud-native environments. You’ll help enforce secure access controls, automate governance processes, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across ICT systems and cloud-native identity platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.</p>
<p>Conduct regular access reviews, user attestation cycles, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis.Ensure access controls align with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p>Implement and manage PAM controls using tools like CyberArk and BeyondTrust to secure administrative accounts and secrets.</p>
<p>Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation for internal and third-party applications using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.</p>
<p>Manage SCIM provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.</p>
<p>Define and enforce Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and passwordless authentication strategies.</p>

<p><strong>Experience </strong></p>
<p>Minimum 2 years of experience in IAM engineering or analysis within enterprise ICT environments</p>
<p>Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.</p>
<p>Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM.</p>
