
About the role
The IAM Security Consultant is responsible for supporting and operating Identity and Access Management solutions in a large, international IT environment. The role focuses on day-to-day IAM operations, access provisioning, user lifecycle management, and close collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant access across systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage user identities, roles, and access rights across IAM platforms and Active Directory.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets related to IAM access requests, incidents, and changes.
• Provision, modify, and deprovision access in IAM tools, systems, and local servers.
• Provide administrative support including account unlocks, password resets, and remote access provisioning.
• Act as last-level support for ATA-operated IAM solutions.
• Collaborate closely with IAM operations teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly IAM service status reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and representing the IAM administration team.
Required Qualifications / Skills
• Strong experience with Identity and Access Management concepts, tools, and lifecycle processes.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and access governance principles.
• Experience working with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, enterprise-scale IT environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a security-focused mindset.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably within IAM operations or security engineering teams. A minimum of 2 years working in large, internationally operated IT environments is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Working Model & Collaboration
This role is based in Brazil with a remote working model and requires close collaboration with international teams across multiple time zones. Strong communication skills and cultural awareness are essential.
