IC4 - Sr Software Engineer Frontend

<p><strong>Objective of the Role</strong><br>The primary objective of this role is to be an <span style="text-decoration: underline;">expert frontend developer</span>, making significant technical decisions for project success. Design and implement scalable and reusable frontend architectures. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, sharing knowledge and experiences to drive their professional growth. Collaborate with design and backend teams to ensure technical excellence and consistency in user interface implementation, adhering to best practices in the field.<br><br><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong><br>• Design and develop high-performance web applications.<br>• Work closely with the design team (UX/UI).<br>• Collaborate with the product team to understand and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.<br>• Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.<br>• Employ TDD development paradigm.<br>• Contribute to technical decision-making and establish development best practices.<br>• Actively participate in the testing phase, including identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues.<br>• Develop, evolve, and maintain websites.<br>• Improve work methods by sharing experiences and best practices.<br>• Oversee projects from conception to finished product.<br>• Work with Architecture, Data Management and DevOps teams through agile sprints to promote continuous development releases.<br>• Meet technical and consumer needs.<br>• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements in JIRA stories for projects and technical improvements.<br>• Stay updated on the latest trends in web application development and related areas.<br>• Act as a mentor for other developers, providing technical support in problem-solving and challenges.<br>• Monitor product usability and accessibility.<br>• Maintain updated documentation on architectures, procedures, and operational tools.<br>• Collaborate and mentor team members.<br>• Provide development estimates.<br>• Develop tools and scripts to automate operational tasks and deployment processes.<br>• Conduct code reviews (quality, consistency, and best practices).<br>• Facilitate knowledge transfer between operations and development teams.<br>• Implement version control systems to manage source code and infrastructure.<br>• Collaborate on effective branching and merging strategies.</p> <p>• Ensure system availability and performance.<br>• Diagnose and resolve performance and scalability issues.<br>• Manage application and system configurations to ensure consistency and reproducibility (Desirable).<br>• Use tools like CloudFormation and Terraform to manage IAC (Desirable AWS).<br>• Automate the creation and configuration of infrastructure environments (Desirable).<br><br><strong>Required Knowledge and Experience</strong><br>• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in web development.<br>• Proven experience in React and/or Next.js.<br>• Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.<br>• Deep understanding of design patterns, architecture, and SOLID principles.<br>• Experience with TDD, ATDD, BDD.<br>• Experience consuming REST services, Hexagonal RESTful API.<br>• Use of Git and conflict resolution, as well as CI/CD tools.<br>• Demonstrable experience in secure development (use of SAST, DAST tools).<br>• Advanced knowledge of HTML5.<br>• Ability to lead teams and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained.<br>• Ability to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment and project priorities.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<br>• Team management and technical leadership.<br>• Project management.<br>• Innovation and creativity.<br>• Willingness to acquire knowledge in new technologies within Spin's tech stack.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-start="0" data-end="86">En Spin estamos comprometidos con construir un lugar de trabajo diverso e inclusivo.</p> <p data-start="88" data-end="330" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">Creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y promovemos un entorno libre de discriminación por motivos de raza, origen nacional, género, identidad de género, orientación sexual, discapacidad, edad o cualquier otra condición legalmente protegida.</p></div>
