IC4 – Sr Software Engineer Mobile

<p><strong>Objective of the Role</strong><br>The primary objective of this role is to lead and support the production of effective code based on requirements,&nbsp; leveraging expertise in design and development best practices. Responsible for ensuring the desired level of quality and appropriate use of selected methodologies. Solve complex problems autonomously and contribute&nbsp; to high-quality technical documentation.</p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong><br>• Lead the development of mobile applications and support the effective production of code based on&nbsp; requirements, collaborating in their determination.<br>• Provide expertise in cutting-edge design and development practices.<br>• Ensure the desired level of quality and appropriate use of secure development methodologies within the&nbsp; organization.<br>• Ensure delivered code is always functionally correct.<br>• Solve complex challenges in mobile app development autonomously.<br>• Contribute to high-quality technical documentation.<br>• Write excellent code based on requirements from architects and product owners.<br>• Write error-free and vulnerability-free code.<br>• Review and provide feedback on code, identifying issues and conventions.<br>• Create valuable and meaningful automated tests.<br>• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their integration into the app.<br>• Optimize the app for maximum speed and scalability.<br>• Analyze, debug, and solve complex errors.<br>• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) within the testing cycle.<br>• Keep task statuses updated in Jira.<br>• Collaborate in pair programming with other engineers to improve quality.<br>• Provide support to support engineers in diagnosing and solving problems.<br>• Comply with documentation and secure development procedures and regulations.<br>• Actively contribute to reducing technical debt and refactoring processes.<br>• Lead teams and assume a technical leadership role in projects.<br>• Foster innovation and creativity in mobile app development.<br>• Act as a mentor for other developers, providing technical support in problem-solving and challenges.<br>• Test product usability and accessibility.<br>• Maintain updated documentation on architectures, procedures, and operational tools.<br>• Follow data architecture guidelines on how to collect and store information.<br>• Generate and deliver design documentation and information availability to the data team.<br>• Collaborate and mentor team members.<br>• Provide development estimates.<br>• Develop tools and scripts to automate operational tasks and deployment processes.<br>• Conduct code reviews (quality, consistency, and best practices).<br>• Facilitate knowledge transfer between operations and development teams.<br>• Implement version control systems to manage source code and infrastructure.<br>• Collaborate on effective branching and merging strategies.<br>• Manage and operate critical production systems and services.<br>• Ensure system availability and performance.<br>• Diagnose and resolve performance and scalability issues.<br>• Collaborate with SRE teams to properly size infrastructure.<br>• Manage application and system configurations to ensure consistency and reproducibility (Desirable).<br>• Use tools like CloudFormation and Terraform to manage IAC (Desirable AWS).<br>• Automate the creation and configuration of infrastructure environments (Desirable).<br>• Promote an autonomous work culture by encouraging self-management, accountability, and proactive&nbsp; problem-solving among team members.<br>• Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work&nbsp; environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Knowledge and Experience</strong><br>• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in mobile app development.<br>• Deep understanding of design patterns, architecture, and SOLID principles.<br>• Advanced use of Git and conflict resolution, as well as CI/CD tools integrated into the testing cycle&nbsp; (Github Actions, Sonar Cloud, Bitrise).<br>• Understanding of semantic versioning of software.<br>• Experience with TDD, BDD.<br>• Demonstrable experience in secure development (use of SAST, DAST, MAST tools).<br>• Experience in superapps, focusing on modular architecture, microfrontends, and component and library&nbsp;
