About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Identity and Access Management business analyst to join our team to ensure that privileged access remain appropriate, justified and compliant throughout its lifecycle. This role is critical in strengthening governance through effective access reviews, sustainable role models, and close alignment with business and regulatory expectations.
In this role you will:
- Support delivery solutions in the field of Privileged Access management remediation and governance activities, understanding the needs of the internal and or external clients
- Create and document business processes using BPMN tools
- Create training material for end-users in the field of privileged access management
- Collaborate with the change management to ensure that new deliverables are adopted for the benefit o the organisation
- Identify, describe and validate business solutions to meet end users requirements
- Produce detailed business requirements in a structured form that can be translated into functional and technical specifications
- You analyse the impact and the risks of a new service development on the current system
- You are able to make the business aware of their own interests and the implications of their decision or request
- You pay attention to having the right trade-off between quality, cost and timeliness
- Facilitate communication between the business and the IT teams during the project delivery phase
- You may provide support to the preparation and execution of the testing phases of projects / maintenances and during the roll-out phase
- You are specialist of the business analysis techniques and methodologies. You give advice on an incidental basis
- You validate functional designs derived from your own business analysis
- Analyse moderately complex business requirements, processes and IT systems.
You will bring:
- experience as Business/functional Analyst (or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of Privilege Access management
- Knowledge in quick cards and training design
- critical thinking skills (evaluate multiple options to settle on a solution)
- flexibility to quickly adapt in case of unexpected change of priority
- excellent communication skills (listening, writing and presenting) at all levels, from staff
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP) preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in identity and access management, IT governance, or information security role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards impacting IDAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
- Experience with IDAM technologies, tools, and platforms is highly desirable.
