Aylo Health offers competitive pay to team members who provide high-quality care, while delivering an exceptional patient experience.</p></div><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p> <p>The primary responsibility of the Imaging Operations Support role is managing the basic PACS needs of the Stockbridge and Locust Grove Imaging Centers.&nbsp; &nbsp;In addition to the PACS responsibilities the team member will order and schedule exams.&nbsp; The team member will also assist with other duties within the Imaging Admin dept.&nbsp; The team member will report to the Imaging Admin lead.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Answer all incoming calls to the Imaging Admin department</li> <li>Upload all incoming CD’s into the Synampse PACS system</li> <li>Move incoming PowerShare images to our PACS system</li> <li>Send PowerShare images to requesting facilities</li> <li>Mailing CDs and reports as requested by non – PowerShare facilities</li> <li>Pull reports from EPIC system at Piedmont and Wellstar facilities for PowerShare studies</li> <li>Requesting all images except mammography images (either by phone/fax or PowerShare for Aylo patients</li> <li>Create and schedule exams from faxes for outside ultrasounds</li> <li>Manage incoming faxes for Imaging admin and the Imaging Center</li> <li>Schedule imaging appointments</li> <li>Keep logs for biopsies</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School graduate or equivalent required</li> <li>Minimum of 1 year experience in an imaging department preferred</li> <li>Previous experience with eClinical Works electronic medical records software preferred</li> <li>Previous experience in basic PACS functions and PowerShare preferred</li> <li>Medical Terminology</li> <li>Proficient in using the Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Excellent organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities to meet assigned deadlines</li> <li>Communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of the organization, team members and patient</li> </ul> <p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical insurance with prescription drug coverage</li> <li>Dental insurance</li> <li>Vision insurance</li> <li>Company-paid child care</li> <li>Company-paid basic life insurance</li> <li>401(k) with company match</li> <li>Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account</li> <li>Healthcare Flexible Spending Account</li> <li>Paid time off</li> </ul> <p>#INDAH1</p> <p>#ZR</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Aylo Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p></div>
