This role is ideal for a licensed immigration professional&nbsp;who enjoys complex casework and client-facing advisory responsibilities.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases, with a strong emphasis on <strong>Quebec-based matters</strong></li> <li>Prepare and submit compliant applications for: <ul> <li>Work Permits (GTS &amp; Regular LMIAs, ICTs, C10/16/20, FTAs)</li> <li>Permanent Residence (Express Entry, PNPs, Quebec-related PR processes)</li> <li>Employer compliance (IMP audits, program reviews, disclosures)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders</li> <li>Ensure compliance with <strong>IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI</strong> requirements</li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li><strong>RCIC or lawyer licensed to practice Quebec immigration, recognized by MIFI</strong></li> <li>Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body</li> <li><strong>3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience</strong></li> <li>Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs</li> <li>Ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases</li> <li>Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused</li> <li>Fluent in French &amp; English</li> </ul> <h3>Why Envoy Global</h3> <ul> <li>Work with globally recognized corporate clients</li> <li>Collaborative, people-first culture</li> <li>Flexible Remote Work Environment</li> <li>Opportunity to specialize in Quebec immigration within a global organization</li> </ul> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Annual Salary Range: C$110,000-120,000 CAD</strong></p> <p><em><strong>Notice at Collection for California Applicants:<br><a href="http://www.envoyglobal.com/notice-at-collection-for-ca-applicants">http://www.envoyglobal.com/notice-at-collection-for-ca-applicants</a></strong></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><strong>#LI-REMOTE</strong></em></p>
