This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical implementation background with your passion for learning, communication, and program development.</p> <p>You'll work across teams to create impactful learning experiences that directly contribute to customer and partner success.</p> <p><strong>As a Senior Implementation Enablement Manager, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Empower partners and customers by enabling them to learn the necessary technical aspects of Coveo solutions, ensuring clarity and efficiency with Coveo implementations.</li> <li>Develop and execute a design-to-cost program strategy to support Coveo’s implementation objectives and goals.</li> <li>Design, build, and maintain external implementation enablement programs in collaboration with the Global Enablement team, Professional Services, and Product Enablement teams.</li> <li>Lead and coordinate implementation developer onboarding, including training and logistics, ensuring smooth and effective onboarding processes.</li> <li>Analyze implementation performance data, learner feedback, and quality trends to continuously improve enablement programs and learning outcomes.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Customer Organization, Product Management, and Partner Management, to drive the evolution of partner experience and advocate for the voice of the customer.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience delivering technical implementations, with significant exposure to customer-facing content and enablement programs within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts in a rapidly evolving technology environment.</li> <li>Proven success building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while aligning initiatives to business objectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What would make you stand out</strong> <em><span style="font-weight: 400;">(</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nice-to-haves [5 bullet points max]</span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">)</span></em></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions, either as a consulting partner or in-house developer.</li> <li>Experience in Instructional Design and Development.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong facilitation skills and experience leading workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions.</li> <li>Experience administering or leveraging learning management systems (LMS) and partner portal platforms.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Do you think you can bring this role to life?
