<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Presales Implementation Engineer</p>
<p>with experience in the Cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with</p>
<p>Mobile Device Management (MDM), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, or Patch</p>
<p>Management solutions. As a Presales Implementation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in</p>
<p>working with customers to understand their requirements, assisting in the presales process, and</p>
<p>ensuring smooth implementation of security solutions.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and</p>
<p class="p1">translate them into technical solutions.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) deployments, and solution</p>
<p class="p1">presentations for customers.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Design and implement security solutions, including MDM, RMM, and Patch</p>
<p class="p1">Management tools, based on customer needs and business goals.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Provide technical guidance and advice to clients during the presales cycle.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Assist in creating and customizing proposals, responses to RFPs, and technical</p>
<p class="p1">documentation.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments,</p>
<p class="p1">configurations, and implementations of cybersecurity products.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during presales and post-sales phases.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the cybersecurity domain,</p>
<p class="p1">particularly related to MDM, RMM, and Patch Management.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Support clients in managing and securing devices, networks, and endpoints.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient</p>
<p class="p1">implementation of solutions.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> 2 -5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM (Mobile</p>
<p class="p1">Device Management), RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), or Patch</p>
<p class="p1">Management tools.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management,</p>
<p class="p1">remote monitoring, and patching.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as</p>
<p class="p1">AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or</p>
<p class="p1">NinjaRMM.<span class="s1">•</span> Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements,</p>
<p class="p1">presentations, and demos.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to</p>
<p class="p1">non-technical audiences.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Ability to manage customer expectations, solve problems quickly, and work under</p>
<p class="p1">pressure.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</p>
<p class="p1">(preferred).</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security</p>
<p class="p1">Professional (CISSP), or any other relevant cybersecurity certifications.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Experience in network security and endpoint management.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies.</p>
