Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship both now or in the future.</em></span></strong></span></span></p></div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Position Summary:</strong></span></p> <p>The <strong>Implementation Associate (IA)</strong> supports the onboarding of new Employers and Consultant partners into the ParetoHealth community by ensuring the operational and administrative components of implementation are executed accurately and on time in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</p> <p>This role partners closely with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate documentation, maintain progress, and ensure key requirements are completed. The IC plays a critical role in reducing delays, improving accuracy, and enabling a smooth, organized onboarding experience.</p> <p>This role operates in a high-volume environment, supporting many concurrent implementations and requiring strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
