Implementation Specialist

We are&nbsp;continuing to grow, and as a result of that growth, we are adding an<strong> Implementation Specialist</strong> to our team.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the implementation process for new clients, including confirming the scope of services.</li> <li>Develop and communicate implementation project plans and timelines.</li> <li>Conduct initial and follow-up implementation meetings as necessary.</li> <li>Monitor the progress of implementations and communicate revised plans and timelines.</li> <li>Build plans and groups based on design specifications within turnaround guidelines.</li> <li>Provide advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting, and consultation for clients.</li> <li>Ensure all client information is transmitted to appropriate systems/entities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, experience with mail merge and Excel preferred.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and organization, as well as time management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Employee benefit/insurance knowledge helpful but not required.</li> <li>Previous experience with Ebix Enterprise, LuminX, Redcard helpful but not required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Full-Time Benefits - </strong><em>Most benefits start day 1</em></p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance</li> <li>Flex Spending or HSA</li> <li>401(k) with company match</li> <li>Profit-Sharing/Defined Contribution (1-year waiting period)</li> <li>PTO/Paid Holidays</li> <li>Company-paid ST and LT Disability</li> <li>Maternity Leave/Parental Leave</li> <li>Subsidized Parking</li> <li>Company-paid Term Life/Accidental Death Insurance</li> </ul> <p><strong>About SISCO:</strong></p> <p>SISCO was established in 1980 as a boutique third-party administrator dedicated to the administration of unique, complex plan designs.
